What is your return policy?
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we offer physical gift vouchers instore or we do offer gift cards and these can be purchased from our online store. If you are in a hurry for such a gift please order our online gift cards as these can be sent direct to recipient via email if prefered and can be personalised.
What are the payment options?
Our current payment options are Cash, Gift Cards and all major debit/credit cards.
Laybuy, Clearpay, apply pay and paypal are now accepted payments methods on our online store.
Our Gift Cards - Please contact us direct to spend these in our online store.
What metals do you offer?
Most items in our store are sterling silver, gold filled and 9ct carat gold. Alot of our designs are made in all these metals and if you do not see a piece in your chosen metal, just ask as it could be made for you. Most items will say which metal is used.
What is your turn around time for my customorder/item/(s)?
My current turn around time for a custom order is 7 days from when you place your order plus your chosen delivery choice.
Any instock items will be sent out either same day or next working day. Please bear in mind that our opening hours are Tues- Sat.
Around public holidays this can increase and you are more than welcome to contact us via phone or webchat which you can find in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and we can advise you on the current turnaround. My advise is to order your item(s) as soon as you can if for a special occasion.

Are your items gift boxed?
Yes all of our pieces come with our logo gift box, and/or gift pouch aswell as a gift bag and your own logo sterling silver polish pad.
What do i do if i do not know my ring size?
We offer free ring sizers to be sent out after we recieve your order so if you are unsure which size to order just click on free ring sizer and one will be sent out prior to packing your order, then once you recieve this just let us know as soon as possible and we will begin your order.
We also offer instore ring sizing to ensure your perfect fit.
How do i take care of my new Jewellery piece?
With every order from us you will recieve your very own personalised logo polish cloth which you can use to polish and brighten your piece whenever you feel the need. If however your piece needs a deep clean you can always bringthem back to us, instore or order a a deep polish . All you need to do is purchase professional clean on the website, send us your items (Please send your pieces insured with postal company of your choice and once we have polished we will send them back to you recorded special delivery. The return cost is now included in the price listed. We recommend sending Special delivery when you send your items to us, as this covers your items and protects both parties.
Are all your pieces sterling silver?
Yes all our pieces are sterling silver unless stated.
We have just included gold filled and gold vermeil jewellery pieces to our collections aswell as many silver and gold plated items but they will be clearly labelled which metal within each listing or collection.
What do i do if i do not recieve my order?
Firstly please contact us so we may look into this for you, please include your order number so we can track your order quickly and return your message as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, we ask for you to wait 7 days just in case our delivery method has delays, if still not recieved then we will of course send a replacement.
How do i add personalisation to my order?
Please double check all spellings and grammer etc before completeing your order as no refunds are given for mispelt names dates or phrases.
Just add all your details in notes at checkout or email us after your order has gone through. We now offer engraving service on most jewellery items instore and can also engrave your own jewellery. You can add this to a current order, just add your approipriate engraving size to your cart with your item. To engrave your current piece please bring into store.

Are your items recycled?
All of our Jewellery are made from raw materials which are brought in as 100% recycled sterling silver, gold filled or gold. Every item you recieve has been made from 100%recycled metals. All of our scrap metal is also then recycled by us and reused in all of our designs - Zero waste.
All of our packaging and gift boxes are now all recycled materials.
What is the difference between plated, filled and vermeil?
Most of our items are sterling silver unless otherwise stated and we have chosen to add gold filled as our gold alternative as it is much more durable than plated or vermeil, it is hypoallergenic and will not turn a different colour or mark your skin.
Even though sterling silver, gold filled and Gold does not tarnish we still recommend removing your jewellery before using household products, going to the gym, swimming or showering and would recommend the same for all of our jewellery wether it is plated or pure as this will prolong the life and shine of your piece.
We have added different metals to appeal to all our customers and budgets.
If you have permanent jewellery and cannot take this off for the reasons above, please just follow our care advise from your appointment. You can use your complimentary polish cloth to brighten your piece too.
