Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do offer gift cards and can be purchased from our online shop. If you are in a hurry for such a gift please get in touch and we can send a virtual copy either straight to recipient or to you so you may print it out. Typically the gift cards are sent out within 24 hours via royal mail.
What are the payment options?
Our current payment options are all major debit and credit cards.
Laybuy and Clearpay are now accepted payments methods on our online store.
Our Gift Cards - Please contact us direct to spend these in our online store.
What is your turn around time for my item/(s)?
My current turn around time is 7 days from when you place your order to when you physicaly recieve it plus your chosen delivery choice. Around public holidays this can increase and you are more than welcome to contact us via phone or webchat which you can find in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and we can advise you on the current turnaround. My advise is to order your item(s) as soon as you can if for a special occasion.
Are your items gift boxed?
Yes all of our pieces come with our logo gift box, gift bag and a gift tag as well as a welcome pack and your own logo sterling silver polish pad.
What do i do if i do not know my ring size?
We offer free ring sizers to be sent out after we recieve your order so if you are unsure which size to order just click on free ring sizer and one will be sent out prior to packing your order, then once you recieve this just let us know as soon as possible and we will begin your order.

How do i take care of my new sterling silver piece?
With every order from us you will recieve your very own personalised logo sterling silver polish cloth which you can use to polish and brighten your piece whenever you feel the need. If however your piece needs a deep clean you can always send them back to us, at your expense, and recieve a free deep polish within one year of purchasing from us. All you need to do is contact us, send us your items, enclose a S.A.E with your piece(s) and once we have polished we will send them back to you. We recommend sending Special delivery as this covers your items.
Are all your pieces sterling silver?
Yes all our pieces are sterling silver unless stated.
We have just included gold filled and gold vermeil jewellery pieces to our collections aswell as many silver and gold plated items but they will be clearly labelled which metal within each listing or collection.
What do i do if i do not recieve my order?
Firstly please contact us so we may look into this for you, please include your order number so we can track your order quickly and return your message as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, we ask for you to wait 7 days just in case our delivery method has delays, if still not recieved then we will of course send a replacement.
How do i add personalisation to my order?
Please double check all spellings and grammer etc before completeing your order as no refunds are given for mispelt names dates or phrases.
Just add all your details in notes at checkout or email us after your order has gone through.
Are your items recycled?
All of our sterling silver is recycled where it can be and all of our packaging and gift boxes are now all recycled materials.
What is the difference between plated, filled and vermeil?
If you look at the diagram below it might help explain the difference and what you are actually paying for. Most of our items are sterling silver unless otherwise stated and we have chosen to add gold vermeil as our gold alternative as it is sterling silver under a thick coat of gold and is much more durable than plated, it is hypoallergenic and will not turn a different colour or mark your skin. Eventually if the gold did wear away then you would be left with sterling silver. How long that process would take is really down to how you look after your piece, how often you wear it and if you listen to care advise. For example even though sterling silver does not tarnish we still recommend removing your jewellery before using household products or showering and would recommend the same for all of our jewellery wether it is plated or pure as this will prolong the life and shine of your piece.
