Cancellation Policy
No refunds on permanent Jewellery, All Sales are final under custom rules. Any Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit. Any issue with your jewellery, Please pop back into store and we can discuss with you. If your jewellery piece has come away at the welding point/ locking ring then we will reweld/ replace free of charge. Some repairs will incur a charge. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you have had to cut off your jewellery for any reason, please cut near the joint then you can pay £10 fee to get rewelded or have a clasp applied for £15 if you wish. We will always do our best to fix your jewellery and have it looking its best.
