We use high-quality silk thread and traditional knotting techniques to prevent wear and keep your pearls looking their best. Suitable for both necklaces and bracelets of various lengths. Book in here and pay for your service and then either post or pop the items into store. Postal service/ Return Post your items to No. 4 Albion Arcade, Mill st, Carmarthen, SA31 3AB with special delivery to cover your items while in transit, your appoinment time booked here will be for a phone call to discuss everything and to make sure we are fullfilling your order to how you require, we restring your peals and any additional needs and then post back out to you special delivery to cover transit again. (Please Pay for special delivery and add this as your postal service at checkout so that your items can be returned to you. If you require new clasps or additional items, please add this to your notes at checkout or we can discuss this on your call and we can send quotes and options for you via email and then if any additional costs are due we can send an invoice or payment link. (Standard BOLT Clasps would be included in Appointment price.) * Drop off/ Free Collection You Purchase here and select an appointment time, Come in and drop the item(s) off and we will get on with recreating your pearls. You will be notified throughout the process and then contacted when they are ready for collection. This Usually takes 1-2 weeks. We have an Appointment system for drop off as we like to spend time going over what you would like done and if any extras are needed e.g new clasp etc, which we would take any additional purchases for on this day. Your Appointment time is for your drop off time instore although you are welcome to just pop in when it suits you we just like to give you that time so we can discuss your needs without being interupted hence an appointment time. (Standard BOLT Clasps would be included in Appointment price.) We will have your items ready within 2 weeks and returned to you, Sometimes these turnaround times can be shorter or longer depending on our workload but please ask in advance if your worried about turnaround times we usually return within 2 weeks though.
