Need a charm added to your own jewellery
Service Description
This can be booked if you need to add on welding fee for adding charms onto your own jewellery. Book this appointment and bring your own charms or connectors into your appointment. Each Charm welding appointment includes upto 2 of your own charms to be attached, if you have more than 2 you need to add another additional booking for each additional 2 charms. i.e Welding fee Booking for your own chain to be made into a bracelet, then you have 3 charms you will need to add 2 x charm welding to your basket.) If you already have a bracelet but are wanting to just add charm add charm welding fees. Each charm welding fee covers you for upto 2 charms so just add additional fees depending on how many charms you have. This service is not needed if you are bringing in jewellery that was purchased from us, you would need to pop into store in our opening hours or if you are unsure wether you need to book this in, please contact us first.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on permanent Jewellery, All Sales are final under custom rules. Any Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit. You can sign back into your account and change your booking or cancel if needed. Any issue with your jewellery, Please pop back into store and we can discuss with you. If your jewellery piece has come away at the welding point/ locking ring then we will reweld/ replace free of charge. Some repairs will incur a charge. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you have had to cut off your jewellery for any reason, please cut near the joint then you can get it rewelded at no charge or have a clasp applied. We will always do our best to fix your jewellery and have it looking its best.
