This deposit comes off your final quote which will be sent to you within 24 hours after your appointment. When you are happy with the quote offered you will be sent an invoice for the quote minus your deposit for the consultation. Then Once Your Quote has been paid in full, work can commence in perfecting your perfect piece. We update throughout the design process ensuring your vision is flawlessly realisedin our exquisite sterling silver or gold creations. Please note *Your deposit is forfeited if you decide to not go ahead with the quote. This deposit is non refundable and has paid for my time to sit and go through the design process prior to your quote given.. So please keep this in mind before booking.

This can be booked if you need to add on welding fee for adding charms onto your own jewellery. Book this appointment and bring your own charms or connectors into your appointment. Each Charm welding appointment includes upto 2 of your own charms to be attached, if you have more than 2 you need to add another additional booking for each additional 2 charms. i.e Welding fee Booking for your own chain to be made into a bracelet, then you have 3 charms you will need to add 2 x charm welding to your basket.) If you already have a bracelet but are wanting to just add charm add charm welding fees. Each charm welding fee covers you for upto 2 charms so just add additional fees depending on how many charms you have. This service is not needed if you are bringing in jewellery that was purchased from us, you would need to pop into store in our opening hours or if you are unsure wether you need to book this in, please contact us first.

This can be booked if you need a weld or a clasp fixing on your own jewellery. Book this appointment and bring your own jewellery or chain into your appointment. Other examples below... 1. Your bringing your exsisting jewellery in to be fixed or have a clasp rewelded. 2. Your bringing in your own chain to be welded on as a permanent piece (If bringing your own charms you need to add another booking for charm welding to your basket.
