You will be sent a completed mock up of your design before it is made so please reply to your mock up email to confirm you are happy with design. Approx 14 day custom turnaround for this item but please bear in mind in busier periods this at increase.
Does not include chain but We can add chain for an extra fee instore or add your choice of chain on the website. We have many chains to choose from. Add all the components you need and we will put it all together for you. E.g if you just want this name tag connector and chain....Just add this to your basket and the chain of your choice with the length you require in notes. Want to add more to your new necklace....no problem add all the charms and connectors you wish.
If you wanted this item as part of a permanent necklace or bracelet add all components to basket and add your booking appointment aswell. Contact me on live chat for a booking fee Waiver code then add that to checkout (so you purchase all your jewellery upfront) we will take off the booking fee with that code. This ensures all your componants are ready for your appointment. Please bear in mind that these name pendant components can take 2 weeks to produce so book your appointment after 14 working days. You can book your appointment later on if you wish, after we contact you to let you know your components have arrived. I can then give you a code for the booking then if it is easier.
