Book your permanent jewellery appointment today and don't forget to bring a friend along for a delightful experience. With a choice of additional charms that you can add to your piece to personalise just for you or have matching items with your best friend and perfect for mother daughter bond. If you are wanting a booking together with another person or group, please book two (or more) slots and leave info on your booking form. We have now added to our current choice of chains, now offering standard, premium and deluxe chains which you can choose at your appointment. You just pay for what you decide to have welded on the day minus your deposit. You can see the new price list in the photos here if your unsure about costings, View the different costings and see photos of the chains but dont worry we will walk you through everything at your appointment. If you are unsure which chain to pick here for your booking just select standard chain for your booking now and then you can absolutely change your mind on the day and upgrade then if you wish. If you have a choice of chain that you would prefer and you want to make sure we have stock of this on the day of your booking you can purchase the chain in our components page and add to your basket with your booking to make sure we have it here for you. Please contact me for a code to add to your basket so your booking fee can be taken off your basket if purchasing your chain ahead of your appointment. We also offer 9ct Gold chain if you purchase ahead of your appoinment and we will order in ready. You can now add any charms or connectors that you would like on the day if you want to make sure we have what you require at your appointment as our stock flucuates daily. we have orders in weekly but these are used up at appointments so to ensure you have what you would like on the day just browse the charms collection and add to your basket and we will make sure they are here for your future appointment. Would need 48hours notice to have them ready in store for you. If you you are looking to book before that you can always contact us before booking to see if we have it in stock or if an order about to arrive so we may put it back for you. Cancellation Policy
No refunds on permanent Jewellery, All Sales are final under custom rules. Any Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit. You can sign back into your account and change your booking or cancel if needed. Any issue with your jewellery, Please pop back into store and we can discuss with you. If your jewellery piece has come away at the welding point/ locking ring then we will reweld/ replace free of charge. Some repairs will incur a charge. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you have had to cut off your jewellery for any reason, please cut near the joint then you can get it rewelded at no charge or have a clasp applied. We will always do our best to fix your jewellery and have it looking its best.
