With a choice of additional charms that you can add to your piece to personalise just for you or have matching items with your best friend and perfect for mother daughter bond. If you are wanting a booking together with another person (or Group), please book two (or more) slots and leave info on your booking form. Book conceqitive appointmentts for each person. We have now added to our current choice of chains, now offering standard, premium and deluxe chains which you can choose at your appointment. You just pay for what you decide to have welded on the day minus your deposit. You can see the new price list in the photos here if your unsure about costings, dont worry we will walk you through everything at your appointment. Our store is located in Chapel st, Carmarthen, SA31 3QE If you require or decide on a longer chain at your appointment we can just adjust your total price at the end minus your deposit. This price is for upto 20".
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on permanent Jewellery, All Sales are final under custom rules. Any Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit. You can sign back into your account and change your booking or cancel if needed. Any issue with your jewellery, Please pop back into store and we can discuss with you. If your jewellery piece has come away at the welding point/ locking ring then we will reweld/ replace free of charge. Some repairs will incur a charge. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you have had to cut off your jewellery for any reason, please cut near the joint then you can get it rewelded at no charge or have a clasp applied. We will always do our best to fix your jewellery and have it looking its best.
