Service Description
Ensure the safety and longevity of your precious jewelry with our professional pearl restringing service. We use high-quality silk thread and traditional knotting techniques to prevent wear and keep your pearls looking their best. Suitable for both necklaces and bracelets of various lengths. Your Appointment time is for your drop off time instore. You Purchase here and select an appointment time, Come in and drop the item(s) off and we will get on with recreating your pearls. You will be notified throughout the process and then contacted when they are ready for collection. This Usually takes 1-2 weeks. Collection can be made at any time once you recieve your collection Message from us. We only have an Appointment system for drop off as we like to spend time going over what you would like done and if any extras are needed e.g new clasp etc, which we would take any additional purchases for on this day. (Standard Clasps would be included in Appointment price.)
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on permanent Jewellery, All Sales are final under custom rules. Any Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit. You can sign back into your account and change your booking or cancel if needed. Any issue with your jewellery, Please pop back into store and we can discuss with you. If your jewellery piece has come away at the welding point/ locking ring then we will reweld/ replace free of charge. Some repairs will incur a charge. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you have had to cut off your jewellery for any reason, please cut near the joint then you can get it rewelded at no charge or have a clasp applied. We will always do our best to fix your jewellery and have it looking its best.
