Service Description
At Bella Donna, we invite you to bring your jewellery dreams to life with our Custom Jewellery Design Consultation. Whether you're envisioning a unique ring or a stunning pendant, our team is here to collaborate with you. Schedule your appointment and come prepared with your ideas or preferred gemstones—together, we’ll explore innovative methods to craft a bespoke piece that reflects your personal style. This deposit comes off your final quote which will be sent to you within 24 hours after your appointment. When you are happy with the quote offered you will be sent an invoice for the quote minus your deposit for the consultation. Then Once Your Quote has been paid in full, work can commence in perfecting your perfect piece. We update throughout the design process ensuring your vision is flawlessly realisedin our exquisite sterling silver or gold creations. Please note *Your deposit is forfeited if you decide to not go ahead with the quote. This deposit is non refundable and has paid for my time to sit and go through the design process prior to your quote given.. So please keep this in mind before booking.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on permanent Jewellery, All Sales are final under custom rules. Any Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit. You can sign back into your account and change your booking or cancel if needed. Any issue with your jewellery, Please pop back into store and we can discuss with you. If your jewellery piece has come away at the welding point/ locking ring then we will reweld/ replace free of charge. Some repairs will incur a charge. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you have had to cut off your jewellery for any reason, please cut near the joint then you can get it rewelded at no charge or have a clasp applied. We will always do our best to fix your jewellery and have it looking its best.
