We use specialized ultrasonic and manual techniques to safely remove dirt and grime from rings, necklaces, and bracelets. This Service is for upto 5 jewellery items, for additional items please see us instore when you drop of your jewelry items and we can add on for a discounted price once you have purchased the original clean here. Purchase this service if you intend to be dropping off your jewellery to be cleaned instore and local collection. Cancellation Policy
No refunds on permanent Jewellery, All Sales are final under custom rules. Any Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment forfeits your deposit. You can sign back into your account and change your booking or cancel if needed. Any issue with your jewellery, Please pop back into store and we can discuss with you. If your jewellery piece has come away at the welding point/ locking ring then we will reweld/ replace free of charge. Some repairs will incur a charge. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you have had to cut off your jewellery for any reason, please cut near the joint then you can get it rewelded at no charge or have a clasp applied. We will always do our best to fix your jewellery and have it looking its best.
